ENERGIZE YOURSELFYou invest energy into every activity and person in your day. There are three possible outcomes from your energy investment: energy is drained from you, your energy level is unchanged or your energy level increases. When you have too many activities or people in your day that deplete your energy, you end up tired and cranky. As you go through your day, pay attention to how you feel. Check after any activity or interaction: When activities and people leave you feeling happy, light and smiling, then you know you are getting a positive return on your energy investment. The more of these activities and people we have in our life, the more enjoyable life becomes.
