About Sharon Kratochvil Coaching...
Sharon Kratochvil Coaching was born out of a commitment and a desire
to help people live life more fully. Of my many accomplishments, my most
rewarding career, volunteer and personal achievements involve motivating
and coaching children, teens and adults to develop their skills, find
fulfillment and succeed.
The focus of my coaching practice is to energize and inspire action so
that people and organization reach their potential. I partner with teens,
adults, families and organizations to create a vision of what they want,
take daily action to achieve their goals, and help them recognize and
remove self-imposed limits. I want everyone to have more: more energy,
fun, money, satisfaction, health, joy, and fulfillment.
My approach is extremely practical and focuses on personal development,
leadership, fact-based communication and team building. My clients are
ready for and embrace change and growth. I never ask anyone to work harder.
I guide you to open up to the possibilities and work smarter, achieving
your goals in harmony with the natural rhythm of your life or organization.
My clients discover what they really want and, with this clarity, they
make the choices necessary to make their vision a reality. I bring my
joy, enthusiasm, energy, and confidence to every session and workshop.
I am a graduate of Coach U, the leading cyber-university for coaches.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am active
in the ICF Connecticut chapter. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and have taught
at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
I spent more than 20 years as a highly successful senior manager and
executive in information and software product development at large multinational
companies including Citicorp and Dun & Bradstreet, and at small emerging
marketing services companies helping individuals and businesses to succeed
and thrive. The key to my success in corporations was my commitment to
excellence, innovation and continuous improvement coupled with my ability
to mentor and coach members of my team to succeed.
I invite you, your family and your organization to be more. Anything
is possible.
What do you want?
